Comprehensive Statements of Advice
Creating Statements of Advice is our core business and is the main business unit we take over from potential clients. Prices can be fixed for some types of request but comprehensive advice is largely done via price on application. With each request we expect you to complete our very simple SoA request form and include key client documents which are outlined in the document checklist. Once your request is received we will process and return the SoA within 5 business days.

Records of Advice are a ridiculous compliance burden and in our experience almost always involve the rebalancing of underlying investments due to model portfolio changes or growth of particular assets. The key with records of advice is volume – often we handle cases with hundreds of portfolios all being realigned in a very similar manner and as a result of this we can build processes to handle them in a very cost efficient and timely manner. Record of advice management varies from practice to practice and we will work with you to create a process.
It can be fairly easy to create basic projections and modelling using whatever software tool you currently use. What is more difficult is making projections that clients actually understand and that help you to implement strategies rather than just getting in the way and being another item on your compliance checklist. Modelling can be difficult and is not something everyone is able to do well, especially if they are not technically literate.
